Q. What formats do you offer?
A complete list of formats are shown on each collection page.

Q. What is your copyright policy?
All patterns & instructions are copyright. The written instructions may NOT be reproduced in any form. You may create as many projects as you like for your personal use, but you may NOT make the projects to sell. They are for personal use only. To make projects & resale them for money, violates copyright laws.

Q. Can I sell items that I embroider with your designs?
The files you purchase are copyrighted and may NOT be shared or re-sold (on eBay or other auction sites.) The designs you purchase may be used for home use only and may not be copied in any part. To do so violates Federal Copyright Laws.

Q. Can I share designs from your site with a friend?
No, Sharing is stealing. The files you purchase are copyrighted and may NOT be shared or re-sold.


Ordering Process »

Q. How do I pay for my designs?
Orders placed on this site use Paypal where you can use VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
You do NOT have to have a Paypal account. If you don't have an account, once you get to the Paypal checkout, click on the "Continue" link under the words "Don't have a Paypal account?"

Q. How do I receive my designs?
Once payment for your order is complete, you will be redirected to your order confirmation page where you will find a link to download your purchased files. You will also receive an email containing the link to your order, just in case (check your spam folder if you do not receive this email).

Q. What is your Refund Policy?
Refund Policy: Designs are not refundable or returnable after purchasing and will only be replaced with a new version of the same design if disk is defective. Patterns, notions, kits & fabric are not refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully as items are not returnable after purchasing. Contact us if you receive a defective design CD, pattern or notion.

Q. What is your privacy policy?
We understand that providing us with the necessary information required to process your purchases requires trust. We take your trust very seriously and make it a priority to protect the confidentiality of your information. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third party. We do however use this information internally for the purposes of order processing, and customer notification. Rest assured that we would never intend to use your information in any manner that you would not approve of. NOTE: Credit card information is NOT stored on this site or our servers. All credit card information goes through Paypal, a secured and trusted site.

Q. How secure is my order?
Because your payment information (credit cards) are processed through Paypal, your credit card information is not stored on our site. Paypal uses the highest level of SSL encryption technology available to ensure that your credit card information is kept secure and private.

 

 


Email & Spam »

Q. I didn't receive my confirmation email.
If your Email Provider or ISP has built-in "spam" filters, make sure you check your 'Bulk' or 'Spam' folder for legitimate emails, including responses from us. Many ISP's such as Yahoo/Gmail, have very aggressive email filtering in place, that may block or mark legitimate emails as spam.

If you have signed up for e-mails or have placed an order from we want to ensure that these e-mails are not marked as "spam", "bulk mail" or "junk mail", please add to your address book. This will help you will be able to receive any e-mails that come from . Please follow the procedure below appropriate for your e-mail service.

Yahoo
To ensure that e-mail is delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the "Bulk Mail" folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox:

› Open your Yahoo mailbox
› Click on "Mail Options"
› Click on "Filters"
› Click on "Add Filter"
› In the top row (labeled "From header:") make sure "contains" is selected
in the drop-down menu
› Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu and type
- At the bottom option "Move the message
to:" select "Inbox"
› Click on "Add Filter"

Hotmail
To ensure that e-mail is delivered to your Inbox you can add to the "Safe List":

› Click on the "Options" tab
› Select "Safe List" under the heading "Mail Handling"
› In the space provided enter
› Click on "Add"
› When you see both e-mail addresses in the "Safe List" box click on "OK"

AOL
To ensure that e-mail is delivered to your Inbox you can set your "Mail Controls":

› Go to Keyword "Mail Controls"
› Select the screen name that matches your e-mail address
› Click on "Customize Mail Controls for this Screen Name"

› For AOL version 7.0:
› In the section "exclusion and inclusion parameters" include the domain
@

› For AOL version 8.0:
› Select "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, email addresses and
domains"

› Click on "Next" until the "Save" button appears at the bottom
› Click on "Save"

Other E-mail programs
If you are using another e-mail program then your Internet Service Provider (your "ISP") or mail-filtering program may block e-mails. If you have your own mail-filtering program be certain that the e-mail address and/or the domain @ are allowed to send you e-mail.

If you think your ISP may be filtering e-mail explain to them you would like to receive these emails. They may ask you for more detailed technical information. Tell them the following information:

Downloading Designs »

Q. How do I download my designs?
Once payment for your order is complete, you will be redirected to your order confirmation page where you will find a link to download your purchased files. You will also receive an email containing the link to your order, just in case (check your spam folder if you do not receive this email). Click here for detailed instructions on downloading your files.

Q. Where did my download go?
Your designs will be saved to a location that you select during the download process. In most cases, this would be on your desktop or "My Documents" foler. If you cannot find where you saved your files, you can redownload them at anytime by signing back into our website & click on your order number.

Q. How do I "unzip" my files?
In Windows XP or Vista, you can right-click on the file and select "extract all", following the prompts after. Previous versions of windows, you will need to download an unzipping program, such as WinZip. Download.com offers a 45-day trial of WinZip here.

Q. How many times can I download the design?
You can always log back into your account and click on your order number to redownload your files at any time.
